September 2021 Show 'n Share

Our winner for Best Smocked Item at the Wisconsin State Fair. 

Here is a close-up of the beautiful smocking. 

Here is the back of the bonnet with several heirloom techniques. 

Cheryl (on the left) won a year membership to SAGA and our local chapter. Congratulations!

Pearl won at the State Fair with this cute summer doll outfit.

Kay won Judge's a Blue Ribbon and Judge's Favorite for her 1st Communion dress.

It was created using materials from her from the dress her Grandmother made for her wedding in the 1960's.

Here is the back of the original. The original back bow was used to add to the value of the dress.
